Since the beginning of his professional career, Steven Andrews has enjoyed sharing the details of how his business works with others. In this talk, he’ll highlight the importance of keeping records – and how those records can help you recognize successes as much as failures (both of which are important for growth!)
He’ll also share his experience with coordinating the Toronto Comics Anthologies, and all the tools and tricks he’s found necessary in the new age of Self-Publishing including starting an anthology, building a Kickstarter campaign, and promoting yourself at conventions … and keeping lots of spreadsheets!

STEVEN ANDREWS helmed the first Toronto Comics Anthology, as a platform for new talent in the local comics community. Seven Kickstarter campaigns and 10,000 books later, TO Comix Press is still dedicated to promoting a kind and supportive comics community.
